Looks great, Goku! However, with the attack animation - make the mouth open wide and the head come lower (about the height of a player's shoulders).
I would say something along the lines of:
7500 hp; low defense; high dex to hit; very vulnerable to fire magic.
It could have an attack where it spins around and hurts all players next to it. Possibly it begins to attack a player at 2 tiles between, but has a long-range Venomous Spit attack, which deals a lot of damage and has a high likelihood of poison. This, however, is only used if the player is more then 2 tiles away. So if a N00b tries to run past it uses this attack and he is most likely doomed.

I love both of your attack ideas. I wonder if they're possible on eAthena? An attack that attacks all players around the monster?

As an artist, everything is possible, the tech devs will jump at your whim. Never think about how to technically do it, just do the art. Someone else will solve it for you. (In this case, yes, even our eAthena supports area of effect spells. We're not just using them.)
