You could just look in the wiki where it plainly says what the current plan is including this as part of 0.0.16 comming out around september 4th.

Ofcourse they're all plans... as you could read somewhere else on the forum; Talaroc is busy with reallife stuff, but he promised to finnish it some day.

People could always just read the last few pages of it..
