I Could do it my-self but i refuse to fix up someone else s work for the Mana World to Implement i mean we could just make our own

You don't need to be an expert, but you need to be willing to learn and become one, it doesn't matter if you never pixelart before, we all did learn on the road (there is no schools for expert pixelart). But is a demanding and rather hard task, requires patience and dedication. Also requires team work. But the door is open to anyone interested.
