I'm surprised you didn't write that this effect wouldn't work on winner because his INT is already at minimum.

eAthena does allow for negative stat values, so a character could have, as in this example, -99 Int (however older clients don't display this nicely and wrap around - it would show up in older clients as being 157 rather than -99, but AFAIK server side this is allowed)

I believe that looking threw this, there is a finished usable icon. If I was a mod here I would close this topic and ask winr3 to make a new post about his "boots" (sandals). But really just because its his topic dose not mean its not complete if someone else has created something useful of quality. Also winner3 I'm sorry to see - i - harassing you. Please continue your work here and don't get discouraged. As a dev I see it fit to help people irukard not tell them they suck or there idea is lame.

Bann him if its really such a problem a dev has to start trolling. no offense Iru, it was fun at first reading all the posts and than it turned into harassing winner3. yea winner3 needs to be pointed at but if I could find a post that he has made that iru is not on including my own subjects which had been moved to read only.
