Re: Assassin's weapon
If you really want to go through with it, make a sprite for it where it's in the player's hand. Then make an in-air sprite for it (look at the in-air arrow file for how to do that).
Re: assAssin's weapon
I don't know how to draw real hand, so I draw example of hand and suriken in it.

Re: assAssin's weapon
I think, what Jaxad0127 meant was that you take a sprite with a player figure in it and then fit your shuriken in it. The best way to do this is by using a programm like GIMP because it can handle different layers. So you can use one layer for the player figure and another layer for the shuriken. That's the way I do it.WinneR3 wrote:I don't know how to draw real hand, so I draw example of hand and suriken in it.
And I think you really should read some of the pixel-artist tutorials and the guidlines for the pixel-work in TMW if you want that people are going to take your work serious.
Otherwise most people will just ignore what you are doing.

Re: assAssin's weapon
So tell me... why are you trying to do something without any bases and required knowledge?
Maybe you should read tutorials first, then post some of your work in Graphic Development section in one topic and ask for C&C (critics and comments). After that when your skills will improve a bit we could give you certain task - very simple one. Lets say old solid rock with mark of time on it, with some surrounding plants - like huge grass. All this could be done in 64x64 base (2x2tiles) and one additional tile for exposing height of that rock.
After that we could ask you for 3 different versions: woodland, desert and snow land.
Maybe then you could gain some respect from our side, and maybe there will be other tasks, more and more complicated.
Do you catch the drift? This is the proper method of working here - not posting poorly and unfinished content in 50 or more places. We do not claim that our work is marvelous, we are expecting evaluation, critics and comments.
WinneR3: I see a lot of burning desire to become a pixel artist in you. But at least read one damn tutorial and try to replicate its results on your own.
