[WIP] Fire arrow

From WinneR3's suggestions, I started to make fire arrow icon.
I think I still need experience, but I'll do my best.

maybe,
the effect of fire would be better with a particle effect, but a little item can have this effect?
but the idea it's cool
Boomrang is in the fire if it passes into the fire "ST"
cool after 99 it's 100 normaly i'm novice
