SFX Lighting fx

I will make 3 since there are the 3 different calls, but I made a lighting sound fx. first one I was using it didn't like for some reason.
I need to add an effect id for flar. i have and sound fx for that as well.
Now that i know it just doesn't like some fx and wasn't me being dumb about adding them, I'll get more on the way.
This one in mine made is Flstudio with a couple plugins. I will for some spells be getting stuff from openart that IS gpl. There are some that will work. It's better then the total lack of any sound fx.
I noticed that emotion icons are effect calls that we could audio fx to. Might be something we might want consider.
