The Mana World Forums

For both, the most sensible solution is to host the forum / portal yourself. Complete unmoderation of a forum section is not possible for a multitude of reasons (including, but not limited to, legal issues with content which might arise there).

We already have a centralized thread for 4144.

Amun, sounds like you want a "ManaChan" or something. If you make it so, I'll play on occasion. /b/ and /gif/ would probably see plenty of used and new content if it picks up. A nice way to experiment with images and have fun without clogging up the development forums. Just a thought.
