Forum cleaning

hello
i don't know if this is the right place to post
i read several times that cleaning the forum was important
looking at courthouse i saw that there are lots of posts about bans
would it free space to make a list of people banned in the past by reasons of bans and get those post out ?
like keeping what's one year old and for older bans this list ?
