you had the right formula, just the bad math!
50 + (47/3) is not 97, 50 + 15.66 = 65.66 which is not equal to or greater than 97

80 + (51/3) = 97 so yes
and
81 + (48/3) = 97 so yes
the run that seems to work the best was
77 + (60/3) = 97
because the 60 luck means no crit hits from skulls, but thats back in the day
