Is it just me or is Phaet in Tulimshar Inn being displayed wrong?

You're right, this is a map problem. There are some tiles in incorrect layers that causes the problem.
You guys don't need me to fix it since you now know where and what the problem is.

GonzoDark, thanks for the report. 
There were some tiles in the over layer instead of the ground layer on that map. I assume that slipped when I adapted all the maps using the inn tileset to the changes on the tileset to allow the new wooden floor.
I pushed a fix, it'll get in with the next restart.
