Thanks for reporting this! 
It seems PjotrOrial accidently saved the maps with the wrong compression algorithm when fixing some collision issues, and that caused flawed files for the collision information.
I pushed a fix about that and another restart is about to happen to bring this in.

Seems something wrong with Npc Stranger, all doesn't work fine with answers.
