Make Rare Hats untradeable but buyable this wounĺd be NICE !
Why not a maximum Prize of 5 000 000 for rare Hats and make them untradeabel.

I like this idea of non-tradeable items, but I'd like to see something like a pass; for instance, say you were going from one level to the next, and you can't do it unless you had the certain hat on/item on, and the item was gotten from Ian the Trainer when you reach say level 30/40/50/60/70/etc etc. Trading the items though would ruin the idea. Anyway, just thinking it might be in harmony with your idea.
