Encouraging exploration
As of now, there are many "empty" maps (mostly inside of houses) with no mobs, NPCs, etc. I think players should be encouraged to go out of their way and explore. My idea is to put some chests here and there with some items in them. They don't even have to be rare or anything, just something so player would feel "rewarded" and "smart" for checking that inconspicuous house. Of course it'd be just like chest that gives you clothing in the beginning - one time use only.

Could be used as a base for a more "generic" random lootable.
It's a precursor to the over all addition of "professions" with crafting & gathering nodes.
