NEW IDEA: Creating New Island "Old China Town"

We know that TMW is very old graphic game and its unique, but the content is not enough. We need development. I have an idea of making new Island "The Ancient of China" where inside has an china old town and also village. This new island will full complete with new quest, weapon, item and also monster. Then adding new outfit for Chinese. Here we can held Chinese New Year event. If u guys ever play Playstation 1 (Suikoden II), thats my idea, creating same lighting and color to create old chinese aged atmosphere for players.
This project need all of your help.

Its surely a good idea for a next city style. I like asia style.
But such ideas needs really much time and some graphic artists to be realized.
I am not sure, but I believe actually a steampunk city is planned!?
Surely devs can tell more...
