Can we get ManaPlus on the Microsoft Windows store?

I not sure is Ms allow native applications now. Before it was not allowed.
If it not allowed, ManaPlus will be not rewritten specially for win store.

I have just heard that Paint.net is on there now, maybe ManaPlus has a chance too ?
