Annual Quests should give more rewards

We should change the halloween quest rewards to something else
the market is already pretty flooded with those items given now, which makes old players not come back.
What if we add a big list of rares, and make the quest reward you one of those randomly
but not just for this annual quest, the xmas and easter ones should be updated too.
