player talk/friend list

i would think that it would be cool to be able to make a friend list to see if that person was on or whatever and be able to click on his name and talk to him if you werent right next to him.

It would be cool to have a way to prevent users like you from registering and posting stupid stuff.
Seriously, search the board for "buddy list" or "friend list".

I blame MTV. People nowadays have attention spans like a two year old.
