Item Shortcut Bar and Keys

Creating a shortcut bar that items can be quickly used by simply clicking on the item he/she wishes to use.
Also hotkeys assigned to them (which can be easily made configubrable), but I was thinking of using the numbers 0-9 to be used as default.

The user can drag the items from the inventory to the shortcut bar to have that box assigned to that particular item.

I would like this to be my next project for TMW, since the configurable keys code may need a bit of editing as well. And the new cursor code used in mantis id 94 can also leverage this.
