New Monster Suggestions

Well, I don't really know if there is a topic on this since there are so many... but I was just brainstorming on some monster ideas. I was thinking of a more human like creature, whether it be a goblin or something similar. All these small creatures all over the place, they just don't get the job done. I think there should be something that's a little bigger. Something our own size, possibly even larger?...
