Unless I am very much mistaken, the GPL disallows any additional requirements imposed on the software. If you add further restrictions, the result is no longer GPL-compatible-- i.e., you will have to ask each and every contributor to change to this licence, advertise the game as having a licence `similar to the GPL', etc.

GPL applies to the code, we could have a separate license for using the server.
