The new market in central tulimshar is supposed to be upper class market right?
Made me wonder, how about adding some expensive shops that sell stuff people can get by themself. Like an alchemist that sells: black dye for 500.000 gp; monster potion for 10.000.000 gp. Or a leathersmith that sells a leather patch for 75.000 (used in steel shieldquest). Silk sheets for 50.000 gp Basically items that people can get cheap from quests with other NPC's but which take a lot of work. So the wealthy could just buy it instead for ridiculously high prices. Perhaps these small sinks could help the economy to.

That's a bit much for silk, since a silk robe costs less there. You don't see it because of slight errors in the files I thought I had fixed.
