Turn in place

Should be able to do that. Change stop attack to something else and shift+arrow = turn in place.

Instead, 0.0.30 will have a better keyboard system. I'll be sure to add face direction keys.

Why not a modifier key you can hold to stop movement(but not turning)?

ex: holding right alt + using normal directional keys = turn in place

We have to be careful with modifier keys: who knows what the user has configured stuff to do with them in their working environment.

That would just be defaults. And 0.0.30 will have a very different keyboard system anyways.
