Old accounts wipe?

Hello, yeah, I'm back, and I want to know why can't I log into my account(D2ARCHER), I created another one, but I dont want to start from level 1 x.x
P.S - I dont log have some months, I was lvl 70 with all old event itens...

We rather regularly prune accounts that haven't been used for 6 months or more.

I remember login my account in Feb...it was five months ago... ='(

Make sure you have the right spelling and capitalization of the account name.
