[BUG] Ranged Setzer

Player Cotillion noted something to me: Seems the "ranged Setzer" bug is back.

PM me for specifics. This was mentioned on the IRC as well.

Is that a suggestion or feeback? In any case could you open a mantis ticket for that bug? If you think that the abuse potential is to high, set the ticket as private.
