Is possible obtain party founder status?

Hi, I have simple question. Is possible obtain party founder status if our founder left without any reason? I asked Doulos via whisper, but he doesn't answer me.
It's related to "Czech" party. Please help.. we don't want create new party.. It is second same situation:(

As long as that person left the party, foundership should've transfered to another member (next oldest I think).

nevermind.. we have new party now.. But by devs, this can be consideret as bugreport:)
