Job points for quests

I know exp. quest didn't make much sence to most and I agree, but what about job specific quest that give job points. Penny for someones, ANYONES thoughts. If it's already been suggested atleast say so, or are job points going to be eliminated later on.

Could we get a solid explanation of what the replacment system will be? I've seen some outlines for varying systems on the wiki, but there's no clues as to which system was decided on.

The system we are going to use is the one posted in wiki by Kyokai, but it is not definite yet, and surely it will need a lot of tuning.
