Edit: This is information for the Legacy test server, see the wiki instead:
https://www.themanaworld.org/index.php/ ... ing_Server
Spoiler:
Teleport to a specific map
You can use the command @warp to quickly teleport to another location. Use @warp map to teleport the specified map. Click here to see a list of maps. If, for example, you want to teleport to Hurnscald you would use @warp 009-1 and for Hurnscald Indoor you would use @warp 009-2. Warping using only the map name will make you teleport to a random location within the specified map.

Teleport to a specific X and Y location
If you know the exact X and Y position you want to teleport to you can use @warp map X Y or you can use @warp and then @jump X Y. The jump command makes you teleport to another location within the map you are in.

Teleport to another player
You can use the command @goto player where player is the name of a connected player you want to teleport to.

Get money (gp)
Use the command @zeny delta where delta is the amount of gp you want to add or remove. To get 50 gp you would do @zeny 50 and to remove 50 gp you would do @zeny -50

Get items
The simplest way to get items is to use the built-in manaplus function. Type /createitems in chat to open the item creation dialog. In the "Filter" bar you can refine the list. For example, to list only items that have "shirt" in their name you would write shirt in the bar. Select the item you want, the quantity and click Create. Some items will NOT work as they are not yet in game.

Heal or hurt yourself, revive or die
You can use @heal delta to heal or hurt yourself. delta is the amount of Hp to add or remove. To heal yourself for 50 Hp you would do @heal 50 and to get hurt for 50 Hp you would do @heal -50. To die you can use the @die command. To be resurrected you can use the @alive command. The @alive command can also be used to fully restore your Hp.

Change your stats, your level, your skills
You can use the #debug command to bring up the debug menu. This command will soon be replaced by @debug

Protect yourself from monsters
If you just want to talk in a map without monsters trying to kill you, you can use the @hide command. This will cause all monsters to ignore you. Use the command again to disable it. You can also instantly kill all monsters on the map with @killmonster

Spawn monsters
You can not spawn monsters unless you are an official tester or dev. If you are, you can use @spawn ID quantity where ID is the Id of a monster. Click here to see a list of monsters. To spawn 17 Pinkies you would do @spawn 1018 17. You can also use the name of the monster without spaces so to spawn an Evil Mushroom using this method you would do @spawn EvilMushroom. The case is important so EvilMushroom and EviLmuShroom are not the same.

Change your speed
You can temporarily change your speed with @speed number where number is a number between 1 and 1000. The default speed is 150. Your speed is reset back to 150 when you change clothes.

I had already tried, but it's difficult for a newbie like me. Now I can really try and help test.

No one seems to read the wiki so I posted here. Also the fact that it's on the forums allows testers to ask questions so we can better help them

Is there a command to set a quest to a specific point, i.e. for not to kill 200 yeti but succeed in celestia quest it would be "206" where yetis are killed and reward is not given yet. Hope you can understand what I mean :(

Edit: Got it, wear a Dev Cap :) Thx Gumi

The Celestia quest (and likely all new quest in the future) does not use a debug npc, instead it has an embedded debug menu. You can access it by wearing a Dev Cap while talking to Celestia.
