Where do you get the headband and the desert shirt and the forest bow from the wiki?

This is not a newb question, this is asking for a flat out spoiler. Note also that it may not even be possible to obtain these items yet, as being shown on the wiki doesn't say much about their availability.

what he's saying is, revealing if (and where) those items are available would spoil the fun for others reading this thread, so he won't.
if you're that desperate, since everything's open source, feel free to dig through the server scripts, configs and map files... but if you ask me, it's more fun to just try and find it yourself in-game.

The only time i saw the headbands was in the Snake Event.

That's a shame. I've been killing plenty of snakes lately, but I haven't found a single fancy hat. I keep wondering if there's something I've missed, because I can't think of anything I haven't done event-wise. I know my monster points won't go any higher and have actually gone down from 304 to 284, which I can't figure out.

Monster Points go down if you exchange them for presents

Maybe you just haven't been lucky.
You have to kill at least 50-100 before you can think of saying
"They drop nothing".

btw: 3% means you get a _reasonable_ chance to get 3 out of 100.
And there is also the chance that you need to get 100 before
you even get your first drop. Afaik it is rerolled for each possible drop.
(and another sidenote: we also have one dropchance of 0,05% =
1000 - 2000 for only ONE drop to have a reasonable chance)

And I'm quite sure you didn't really get enough. They are hard and take long.
50 snakes REALLY take long (=200.000+ damage!)

But if you don't want to wait so long, you could always buy from another player
