Problem With server In GNU/Linux Ubuntu Maverick 64

Hello everyone. I'm trying to set up an eAthena server.
As said on tittle I'm using ubuntu maverick 64.

The problem is the next one:

I can connect to the server, it downloads the news.txt and the other files, but when it finishes and i click "Play" it says "couldn't connect to to remote host"

Login server console says:

Connection of the account 'pedrozs' accepted.
LAN test (result): WAN source.
set eof : connection #5

But character server console, stays as if nothing had happened.

I helped him through it on IRC. The client and servers were on different machines and the IPs weren't setup correctly.

Solved with jaxad help from IRC, i only had to configure lan_support properly
