not yet other than adding a warp npc in tulimshar and a stat reset npc in the new area (map 032-1) and lowering prices of ferry, the candor cave npc and warping

I tried both the IP address and the Dyndns URL you listed and couldn't ping or access the site through the http protocol. Is it down/blocked by your router?
