Hey everyone,
I just started this game again, haven't been here the last couple of years so I'm not familiar with all the new features yet.
After raising my job lvl one or two lvls i can't seem to get it to the next lvl. i have 20299/20300 job exp and no matter what monsters i slay nothing happens..
What do I do wrong??

Hello Stradlin,
First welcome back in TMW! Now, what level are you currently? What did you increased? Tell us more about your character if you want more help.
If you can't manage to fix that, try using another client.

I'm currently lvl 48 and I haven't raiseda anything. At lvl 35 i learned to focus and the "fighting without weapons" skill.

This is called the brawling skill (see Tip at the end).
Since you didn't play for a while, please go and check http://wiki.themanaworld.org. The content is kept up-to-date by few of us. If you need more infos or if you have questions, please feel free to ask me.
However, you can see on the "Skills" page that each skill can be increased (except magic and the "Focusing Skills"). To increase a skill level 1, it uses 1 Skill Point, if you want to increase to level 3, you need to spend 2 Skill Points since you are Skill level 2. Its not very clear but check wiki and go back in game to see how you can fix that easely.
Tip: The brawling skill is the more useless today in game. Try to get the Mallards Eye Skill (see Gwendolyn in the south forest) or the Speed Skill (see Miriam in the desert mountains).

You can learn skill in tulimsher in npc Luka.
If you dont have any updgradable skills you cant reis job exp/level.

Tunred out i newer got the brawling skill from the guy in tulimshar (or whats its called).
Just went back and got the skill and voila! everything works fine:)
