The movement on the cape could use some improvement.
After the novelty wears off and it is extremely cool...
I felt the sprite set was too jumpy...try it out and you will see what I mean,

I would not vote no to having it as is, but the cape animation could be much smoother.

@Stava are you going to make sprite sets for you warrior gear?
the new player sprites are ready for this =]

Doesn't anyone play Aethyra any more?

They have a full male _and_ female sprite sheet for the savior armor.

I've attached the sprites and items so no one kills themselves looking for them...

I think you mean http://www.aethyraproject.org/
Well, the website is online and the server is also responding, but I wasn't able to create an account and log in with the current Manasource client. Seems like they are still using their modified client/server protocol which requires their modified client.

Computer games don't affect kids, I mean if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music. Has anybody seen this princess I'm looking for?

Are there also female pants? (the male and female legs are different in the up and down standing and walking frames)

Sorry guys I've been busy..
I just made some update.. Wanted to hear some suggestions.
I'm not sure how to make the inventory frames so I made it the way I think it should be.. Feel free to edit it :)
Made female design, skirt + pants = good idea?
Does gloves layer go over clothes layer or other way around? I was thinking making chainmail covering arms under shoulders.. So Gloves would go over chain mail?
Should I make cape a new item or is it supposed to go together with plate?

Welcome back stava,

Cape and Plate need to be put together as a single item.
Please seperate the gloves, the boots, the legs and the plate (+cape) into different sprite sheets. Without any sprite sheet, we can't do much. As i saw, you do extremely good job but this is not enough, please try to do a sprite sheet.

Looking forward,
Ali-G

Separated them all I think..

Added chainmail to the chest plate.
On the picture:
1st ? Should the plate have cape under shoulders or not?
2nd ? Should boots be high (to knees)?
3rd? Should pants be chainmail at bottom?

If boots should be high pants should be chainmail at bottom?

Edited inventory icons for chest

No, please separate armor and cape. When you leave them together you will run into the same layering problems like you do with the savior plate.

The only way to solve the problem with the layering and thus allow proper capes is a change at the way how the client draws player characters. When someone implements this, the solution will in every case require separate spritesheets for cape, chest and leg armor.
