problem with trade

Hi guys, i have a question:

In game i am level 72 but if i want to trade it appears that i don't have the required level for trading. and it also happens when i want to join a group. Can anyone help me? I already checked my settings and it is "allow trade". But when i acept the cofiguaritions it appears: "There's a problem with atack and atack&target keys". My keys of atack and atack&target are the deafult.
