Hello,
if you mean the quest where you do the quiz about "The Hitchhiker's Guide" and get the warp towel, it already is an annual quest.

Yeah, it seems the information in the wiki was wrong, I just corrected that.
Thanks for reporting this.
Remember, most developers don't write about their quests in the wiki, instead the information is added by other people. So sometimes errors sneak in and it isn't up-to-date all the time.
