It isn't the first time this came up and the answer is the same as always: it is technically not possible to have capes due to layering issues.

Someone will point out the savior armor which can be found on some servers which does have an ankle-length cape which appears fine to them. Then I will ask them to wear it together with a skirt and they will understand the problem.

When you say it's a layering issue though, you just mean that one item would overlap or go through the other? Because the miniskirt tends to do that with other equipment, particularly the robe and sorcerer's robe (not counting hats that don't work with specific hairstyles, since there's too many with issues). If you mean otherwise, sorry and thanks for your time
