My job status have the pink bar full and is 15/0. What can i do?

of course you can sell your Soul but then your Character will be wiped on the new Server (someday)

Because it's no bug.

You can become a programmer for the team though, that would maybe help shorten the phase we're in.

I have the same problem....My job is at level 10 and it doesnt increase....440/0.....

That's because 10 is your maximum joblevel at the moment.

No, it will start from zero, since you just changed your class. The internet is full of stuff about the Ragnarok Online gamesystem: Google is your friend.
