Unregistered ID?

I cant seem to log in with my old account so i made a new one, and now it says unregistered ID everytime i try to log in. Any way to fix this?

Maybe you didn't connect your char for 6 month or more.
Your char will be deleted if you don't log it for 6 month.

This is wrong, see this:

Just to be clear, we only purge old accounts when we need to. When we do, accounts not used for six months or more are the ones that are purged. We haven't needed to purge for a long while.
