Post by WellDone »

I searched the forum using the search tab and I looked around ingame for a quit button and I studied the ingame help but i still haven't found it :?:
If there is no "Quit Button" please add one to the setup tab

And Please change the Forum 'submit' button to 'deliver message'
THANKS

the reason: I dont like to click on a submit button because of the possible meanings of the word submit.

The Quit thing isnt mentioned in the help though :(

I didn't say i don't want to tell you. The message was just saying "thanks" and I don't understand why since I haven't helped him in anything, I thought he was just trolling out and that's why I brought it here. But if he says he was serious then is settled.

@WellDone:
Why don't you use the quitbutton of your preffered window manager?

1. I use windows and ALT+F4 didnt work and in these days i seldomly use the ESC key (thats why I didnt find out myself)

2. I looked up the manual and the faq and found no clues( sure I havent pressed the ESC key until told )

3. The nice Close Window button of MSwin doesnt work in fullscreenmode only ALT+TAB and then the TaskManager to kill the app

4. Id rather use quit button in the setup window ingame

5. At least state that in the F1 help HOW TO QUIT or HOW TO CLOSE APP :!:

5. lol

TMW in fullscreenmode? Uah...
You can press the windows key too and rightclick then on the app on the bar.
And you dont need to crtl+alt+del to open the taskmanager, you can use crtl+shift+esc too. And ESC is quite normal for closing a progg.

Actually the first thing which comes on my mind about word "submit" or "submission" is SMTP extension for message submission - a service that listens on port 587, the second thing is a service which listens on port 773, another one is a law term for defence theory used in the pleading at the court. Oh well, I may be a weirdo.

Back on topic: I think the admins noticed your suggestion and all about this proposition had been told, so unless the admin decides otherwise this thread will be closed.

Regards.
