Can som1 tell me who or what is guild bot i tried to talk to it but it said somthing o.o

The TMW server allows parties to chat privately, but parties have various limitations, including a maximum size of 12 characters.
Some player groups consider themselves "guilds" and are quite a bit larger than 12 characters. Jero wrote a bot to permit those guilds to chat privately in the game.

In short, "it is used as a relay for guild chat. In order to use it you have to be invited to an existing guild."
