0.0.19 unofficial preview pack

because the next version of tmw will take some more time i decided to create an unofficial preview pack for everyone who can't wait anymore.

it contains no changes at the binaries but the latest enhancements at the map files and tilesets from the CVS repository. to install it just unpack it into your tmw folder.
