URGENT HELP, MY FRIEND LOST HIS ACCOUNT!!!

My friend Luthien lost his account... on the login screen, he entered his username and password, but clicked on register by mistake... he was level +60... please, there is any way to recover his account? any backup?

EDIT: Guess is recovered now
