Re: debian depends
It is not a bug, it is a problem which exists between keyboard and chair, we are TMW software providers, all required third party software (non TMW specific but required libraries etc.) is to be provided either by your distribution or third party software providers, for example respective projects download servers, therefore direct your complaints to Debian developers.lesho wrote:wth you did with depends in debian repository.

You have two choices:
1. Submit a request to include libraries listed here: http://wiki.themanaworld.org/index.php/Dependencies into the distribution to Debian developers. I believe in any decent distro only libguichan and libphysfs will be missing...correction:

While at http://icculus.org/physfs/ we learn:Debian Developer Package: libguichan-dev_0.4.0-1_i386.deb
Debian End User Package: libguichan_0.4.0-1_i386.deb
2. Compile all missing depencies using source code.Operating Systems and distros known to provide PhysicsFS:

Debian does provide all required software. I for one, am using TMW on Debian without any trouble...
Code: Select all
System.out.println("Java Developer");
echo 'Powered by Debian GNU/Linux'
