Blupar - A pinkie alternative (mob) [wip] (CC) by-sa, gpl

I'm not really a fan of recolors or derivative work but the original version of this was created by crush who dual licensed his work under cc-by-sa and gpl so it would make since that this one has the same licenses. This mob was an attempt to make a creepy version of the Pinkie mob. I still need to think of some drops for it (I'm up for suggestions) After the xml, mob db entry and I make the item drops and icons as well as the item db I can mark it as complete. What do you think?

Though I'm not a fan of recoloring either, the mob meway shows is different enough to not be a recolored pinkie. I like it, it looks like it belongs somewhere dark
