This is actually just continuing an existing ban on the person sometimes known as Salah, Supiour, s-mack, Valc, and others. He was permanently banned for stealing accounts.

Just so everyone knows: Tarc is not me, tarq, and I never really saw any problem, but apparently at least one person was confused into thinking it was me and loaned Tarc something. As I heard it Tarc gave the item back when asked.

After reading the irc chat logs that Chicka posted, let's be clear or at least clearer. Gm's don't have the priv class to police the admin bans. I in no way disagree with the bans. We will not over turn them, but we can instruct accordingly.
