Back in the before time under the rule of the Polish sausage we the common players were told that a coup would result in a better experience that included more game content. So, where is this new game content?

In development.
we currently have 2 quests including a new path of magic and 3 new spells (3 which need more testing) on it's way.
If I had any say in it I would release within this week.

Wushin is working on 2 major extensions.
- tonori content
- crypt content
both of those include rebalances and changes to maps we know and include about 7 to 10 new maps each and bitchin new tilesets as well.
both of those projects take time to develop because they're terribly huge.

So, any update on this new content we were promised that would be easier to develop and have added to the server once we left Platyna in her drunken Polish stupor?

We already have quite a bit of new content ...
In fact, according to two different counting schemes, we did over twice as much between March and October in 2013 compared to 2012. However, 2013 is still only half as much as that period in that same period in 2011 (some of the stuff in 2011 doesn't really count, but however we count it I think we still aren't as productive. No one claimed the first year would be easy!).
We also have a totally awesome update that was planned for this week, but we keep hitting tiny delays.
