How do I find Bluepars?

Edit: This means that hunting White Slimes (if you can kill them in one hit or carefully stay distanced as archer) or Mogguns is the better choice.

I'm able to kill white slimes in one hit (all dex archer) but why they and Mogguns are better choice? Is it that only limited number of Bluepars are summoned in the quest and summoning them is not repeatable?

So how about hunting Bluepars in Christmas Event for diamonds?

Oh, I forgot, you can also hunt them in the Christmas Event, but since it's not christmas you can't do it anyway

Yes, because the number of Bluepars summoned in that quest is limited and you can't repeat it.
Also you have to pay with other items to be able to summon them

White Slimes is the best choice then as they are dead with one hit and you find larger numbers of them in Nivalis.
(so in this case forget about the Mogguns as they quite take some hits before going down)
