Nice. Remember, while it makes it harder to animate, banners should be huge. If they are that small no one will be able to see them over a distance

Since I don't like having unfinished work laying around, I tried to create an animation for these flags.
Any help would really be useful to make it much smoother to the eye.

Damn, I hoped you were too tired to see that !
I guess I hate it as much as you do. Here, I more or less fixed the shading.
(frame delay of the animation = 160ms)
