Pinkie werewolf

There should be a chance of turning into a pinkie werewolf from being bitten by a pinkie.

Basically, you get dressed in pink with a pinkie antennae and pink hair until the effects wear off.

Or maybe you could make it recurring until you get a cure! I also strongly suggest adding a howling sound effect or similar for the duration of the curse.

Or maybe to attract all bugs nearby for a while. Seems more easy to implement.
