Some pictures of my new work.

Water or Agua shield or something like that.

Crusader or castle shield.

Ruby amulet. It would be nice to add amulets in this game.

I'll post more when It's finished. Please write your opinions.

Thank you for having your time.

haha. No it's not from tibia. I've done them by myself. But of course I got ideas from that game =)

And most of the weapons there doesn't even exist on tibia. My firesword looks nearly like Tibia, but not that much. The rest doesn't even look like tibia.

I don't think we want animated icons in our invetory. And all of your swords are pretty basic, no special designs, no high quality pixel-art... and you're colours are over-saturated.
But it's not bad. :)
Maybe with a little bit of training you could be good.

That ice swords looks quite ok. And why not used animated icons in inventory? It could be nice if this would animate on mouse over. :P

Yea, that may be true.
But still I think it's better to be consistent in this, and have either no animated icons or all icons animated. And then I'd definately choose none. All icons containing flames would have to be animated. If you do it right it doesn't look bad at all if it's static, and it saves a lot of work.

For enchanted items we might also use particle effects behind the icon. Like spinning flames, the density and speed of the rotating particles could indicate the power of the enchantment. That way the shape and size of the item doesn't matter. And for a flaming broadsword you could just use a broadsword item with flames behind it. I think it's the best way to do it, both because it looks good and it's quite easy to do. Also every artists draws his flames in a different way.

I kinda like the aqua shield, except for the high saturation. The amulet is nice. The crusader shield is oddly shaded.
